What’s happening?
Non-school Uniform (£1 donation)
Bake Sale (All cakes £1)
Sponge a Teacher (50p per sponge, 3 for £1)
Penalty Shootout (Inter-CREW competition, 50p per shot, 3 for £1)
All events at lunchtime.
All proceeds will go to the BBC Children In Need Appeal and support good causes to help so many people.
Please get involved and let’s raise lots of money!

It is Anti-Bullying Week 10th -14th November 2025 and something we are passionate about at Ashby School.
The week kicks of with Odd Socks Day on Monday 10th November.
We are all asking all students to wear odd socks on Monday 10th November to celebrate our individuality and differences.
The brighter the socks the better!!

As previously communicated, so that we can continue to support the professional development of our teaching teams and to foster collaboration across LiFE MAT, all of our schools will be finishing early on Thursday 13th November 2025.
Finishing the school day at 2pm offers significant benefits for teachers by providing dedicated time for professional learning that includes both subject specific training and career development. Bus travel arrangements will be altered on these days and routine extra-curricular activities will not run.
The following upcoming dates will also be early finishes to facilitate XMAT professional learning opportunities for our staff.

Last week we had a very log donation from @edentreecare for our Forest School. They kindly delivered logs and branches for the Forest school to use.
Eden Tree Care are based in Coalville and are happy to support the local area, especially when it is helping the next generation.
