REMINDER: School Early Finish

So we can continue to support the professional development of our teaching teams and to foster collaboration across LiFE MAT, all our schools will be finishing early on Tuesday 13th January at 2pm.

Please note that bus travel arrangements have been made and routine extra-curricular activities will not run.

Exams - Certificate Collection Dates

Collections 10am – 5pm – for students who have now left Ashby School

Monday 15th December 2025
Tuesday 6th January 2026

Collect from Sixth Form reception, School House, Leicester Road LE65 1DH

Students must bring photo ID.

If collecting on behalf of someone else, you must bring a signed candidate permission form and photo ID. (Found on our Exams page on the website.

@activellr and@choosehowyoumove_, have announced the launch of a Bike Donation scheme in Leicestershire.

The bikes that are donated will be refurbished and used to provide young people in Leicestershire the opportunity to loan a bike, learn to ride and develop their cycling skills.

Reduce waste, Reuse Old bikes for a good cause, and create more opportunities to be active in your local area. Create more Active Travel, improve air pollution and keep streets safe.

They have several dates and venues that members of the community can make their donation.

Simply complete the Donation form and select a suitable date and venue. Collection can be arranged if necessary. - Form can be found on our Linktree.
